Steve joined The Web Alchemist as our Automation Engineer, a role built around one question: where is time being lost to manual, repeatable work, and how do we build something that does it instead?

That could mean automating a workflow internally at TWA, or building a solution for a client. Steve looks at where a process is being done manually, works out whether it can be automated, and builds the solution: whether that’s a script, an integration, or a workflow that runs in the background. The goal is always the same: fewer manual steps, fewer chances for mistakes, and more time spent on the work that actually needs a human doing it.

Ultimately, that efficiency feeds straight back to the client. Less time spent on manual, repeatable tasks during a build means a leaner process and, in turn, real savings passed on where it counts.

He brings a solid foundational understanding of web development alongside a methodical, get-it-done temperament, and he’s building out these systems across real client projects from day one.
