Hounds and Hikes are a startup business that required an online presence. TWA were brought in to build the website on behalf of a long-standing client for his niece and her fiancée. We delivered the build within 2 weeks, and have since generated over 200 enquiries for their services around their local area, securing high ranking positions in Google search for “Dog walking Dumbarton” and “Dog walking Balloch”.
While the site itself is simple, we needed to imagine an easy-to-use enquiry system that didn’t rely on users enquiring and waiting for a price point. Displaying the pricing on the website allows us to ensure all enquiries are pre-qualified, and no surprise costs to the customers themselves.
We also needed to ensure the design was warm, friendly and inviting to ensure trust and rapport built with the customers from the moment they land on the site.
