Project Scope
TWA were approached by Grindles to redesign their website, providing clearer pathways for users to enquire, call and book coach hire in the Forest of Dean. The project direction was clear; less clutter, more structure to each page, and a complete modernisation while retaining and even improving their brand consistency online and in person.
We utilised their coach livery throughout the site, maintained their brand tone, voice and creatives, even visiting the office in person to obtain photos of how their printed stationery was set out to replicate this on the site.
With Grindles being a family-run business for over 100 years, we felt it perfect to promote the heritage, the history and the welcoming environment Grindles provide to each of their passengers.
Strong photography also helped move the direction oft this site, providing users with the ability to see the actual fleet vehicles they will be boarding when booking with Grindles is a big trustpoint and provides consistent continuity of service.
We also introduced a refresh of the School Routes pages, giving clear, concise and importantly easily editable info to passengers on the latest routes, timetables and service updates.
All of the service page content was rewritten by our SEO specialists in house, providing an excellent foundation for growth for Grindles as a company, while also managing both the technical and foundational SEO to ensure Grindles maintained the fantastic rankings they already had prior to us rebuilding the site.
